cooking chicken to 165 degrees
i was reading msnbc just now and came upon the article, "Cooking chicken thoroughly kills bird flu virus". it's quite a lengthy article. but it basically says, "
- Cook it to 165 degrees.
- People use food thermometers and follow basic rules for kitchen safety: wash hands often, keep raw poultry and meat separate from cooked food and refrigerate or freeze food right away.

i havent been eating chicken for 2 weeks until day b4 yesterday. sigh. i will let my mum know. hehehe
